So this is how it is going to be. Nearly 40. A little one toddling around. And me. Broken out in teenager pimples. Crabby. Cramping. Headache. When does it end? Whoever thought up menstration had a sick mind. It has been such a long time since doing this I can't decide if I am starting tonight or if I am going to exist in this miserable state for a few days and then start. Either way, I plan to kvetch.

Rob was so sweet. He drew me a bath, lit candles and turned the lights out. He put some "Relaxing" and "De-stressing" bath salts in there as well. And when he tried to give me a kiss as he exited, I turned my head. Instead of getting mad, he said, "Yup. You're getting ready to start your period."
